01 February 2017 - Well-known to many of Aurecon’s clients in Botswana, Julius Nshoya has been appointed as the new Office Manager for Gaborone with effect from 1 February 2017, responsible for all operations in the country. Julius has worked on numerous projects in Botswana for more than fifteen years, including the multiple, international award-winning Kasane-Kazungula Villages Sanitation Project, where he was the Senior Engineer.

The change in management arises as a result of the previous long-standing Country Manager, Stephan Kleynhans taking early retirement.

Julius has extensive experience in the design and supervision of building and infrastructure projects, as well as the preparation of bills of quantities, engineering cost estimates and contract documentation. Holding a BSc (Hons) degree and an MBA from the UK, Julius is a registered Professional Engineer with the Engineering Council of South Africa and with the Botswana Engineers Registration Board, as well as being a Member of the Botswana Institution of Engineers.

“Julius will be heading up an excellent team in Botswana, with the full support of our regional management, to ensure clients’ projects continue to receive the best professional attention and highest level of technical excellence that Aurecon is renowned for,” says Aurecon’s José Miranda, Regional Director, Rest of Africa.
